Does Gekko replace Salesforce?

Not today. Gekko syncs with Salesforce (reads accounts, writes opportunities). But long-term (2028+), for teams <250 people, yes — Gekko can be your system of record + execution engine. For enterprise, Gekko sits on top of Salesforce and makes it actually useful.

How is this different from Salesforce Agentforce?

Agentforce is Salesforce-native (great if you're locked in). Gekko is CRM-agnostic (works with Salesforce, HubSpot, or standalone). Agentforce optimizes CRM workflows. Gekko orchestrates revenue execution across sales/marketing/CS. Think: Agentforce = better Einstein. Gekko = new category.

Do I need a data warehouse?

Nope. Gekko is self-contained (ingests signals, stores execution logs, runs ML models). If you have a warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery), we can sync — but it's optional.

How long does setup take?

MVP (signals + hypotheses + email activation): 2 weeks. Full rollout (multi-channel, CRM sync, agent training): 4-6 weeks. Beta customers start seeing pipeline in week 3.

What does it cost?

We're in private beta (free for first 20 customers). Post-beta pricing will be usage-based ($X per signal processed + $Y per activation run). Ballpark: $2K-5K/mo for 50-person GTM team. Enterprise (250+ people): custom.

How do you handle data security?

SOC2 Type II (in progress), EU-hosted (Frankfurt), encryption at rest + in transit, GDPR-compliant. Customer data never trains our models (unless you opt in). We're fanatical about this.

Will AI replace my sales team?

No. AI replaces the robot work humans shouldn't be doing (researching accounts, writing 50 emails, updating CRM fields). Your sales team will focus on: (1) Approving hypotheses (strategy), (2) High-touch deal cycles (enterprise, complex), (3) Relationship-building (dinners, events, exec intros). AI handles execution. Humans handle judgment.

What if a prospect replies negatively to an AI-generated email?

Agents escalate to humans when: (1) Negative sentiment detected ("This is spam", "Take me off your list"), (2) Complex objection (pricing negotiation, security questionnaire), (3) High-value account (enterprise tier, >$100K ARR). You set escalation thresholds. Default: 80% confidence → AI handles. <80% → human reviews.

Can I see the emails before they send?

Yes (approval gate mode). Or trust the agent (auto-send mode). Most customers start with approval, then move to auto-send after 2 weeks when they trust the quality.

What data sources do you support?

MVP (now): 1st-party (website tracking, CRM, email engagement), 3rd-party (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn). V1 (Q3 2026): Technographics (BuiltWith, 6sense), News/funding (Crunchbase, Google News), Intent networks (Bombora). Vision: Call transcripts (Gong, Chorus), Slack/email internal signals, Product usage data.

How accurate are the hypotheses?

Beta average: 68% confidence score. Top-quartile hypotheses (80%+ confidence) convert to pipeline at 35% rate (vs. 12% cold outreach baseline). The system learns — by month 3, customers see 75%+ avg confidence.

What if I already use Outreach/6sense/Gong?

Gekko integrates. We ingest signals from 6sense, sync with Outreach sequences, pull call data from Gong. You can keep your stack and add Gekko as the orchestration layer. Or consolidate (most customers retire 2-3 tools within 6 months).

Can I use Gekko for customer success, not just sales?

Yes. CS use cases: Churn risk detection → save campaigns, Renewal automation, Expansion signal detection → upsell sequences, Onboarding nudges. CSM agents handle all of this autonomously.

Do you have an API?

Yes (REST + WebSocket). Docs at /api (private beta only for now). You can: Send custom signals, Trigger activations via webhook, Export execution logs, Build custom dashboards.

What's your revenue model long-term?

Usage-based SaaS. You pay for: (1) Signals processed ($0.01 per signal after 100K/mo free tier), (2) Activations run ($5-50 per activation depending on channel), (3) Agent hours ($10/hr per active agent). Ballpark total: $2K-5K/mo (50-person team) to $50K/mo (250-person team).
